We recently launched our new customer focus and communications under the tagline “Say hello to the people that know” to reinforce the extensive training of our colleagues (17,000 hours annually) and breadth of knowledge including Health and Wellbeing, Heart Health, Diabetes, Pain Management, Asthma, Skincare and Children’s Health. In addition to expert advice we provide a broad range of medicines, vitamins, family planning, first aid, skincare and personal hygiene products. We offer a range of services for our patients including free collection and delivery of prescriptions, text reminder alerts when prescriptions are ready for collection, free blood pressure and BMI monitoring, free nutritional advice, smoking cessation, weight management programmes, emergency hormonal contraception service, flu vaccination and much more.
