Town Centre Renewal Strategy – Survey

Tipperary County Council have started work on an exciting Town Centre Renewal Strategy for Thurles, in partnership with landscape architect’s LUC. The aim of the strategy is to create a thriving and vibrant town centre which will support the future growth of the town and the needs of its residents, visitors and businesses.

As part of the project, LUC and Tipperary County Council are engaging with the wider community to understand the existing issues / opportunities which are apparent within Thurles and understand how the town is currently used. We would very much appreciate your time in responding to a short on-line survey which should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

Here is the link to the survey

Please note, the closing date for completion of this survey is Friday 21st February 2020.

We would also like to take this opportunity to invite you to a drop-in engagement workshop on Wednesday 4th March 5pm – 7pm at Hayes’ Hotel, Liberty Square, Thurles.  The workshop will be an opportunity to have an informal discussion with the landscape architect focusing on the findings of the initial engagement survey.

If you would like any further information regarding this project, please contact our partners at LUC via the engagement lead Julie Hyslop E: julie.hyslop@landuse.co.uk
