Reinventing the past – Old House, new home

This free one day seminar will look at the issues to be considered when deciding on bringing a vacant property (historic or non-historic) back into use for residential or commercial purposes. Examples of buildings that have already undergone the process will be highlighted. Issues such as fire safety, grant supports but also architectural and engineering considerations will also be discussed. There will be a Q&A at the end of each session. Lunch will be provided.
