Cameo Care is a dementia specific day care facility based in Thurles Co Tipperary. We provide our service three days a week from 10am-3.30pm with meals and snacks included. Our aim is to provide quality, person centred care for the older person with Dementia in a safe and homely environment. This provides for their social and physical needs while giving their family a much needed break.

This service reduces social isolation and promotes the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of the client through a wide range of activities including art and music. Quality of life is enhanced and the opportunity to remain at home for longer is increased.
It also provides valuable respite for family carers.

Put together, the overall health of the client is maintained and reasons for hospitalisation reduced.
